What is The Swell?
The Swell is a new community and learning platform that helps people navigate the second half of their lives. We offer a combination of expert-led workshops and symposiums, life-changing experiences, digital wellness tools and an active community. We believe that by making the latest science accessible, we can empower members to live longer, happier and healthier lives.
Our members are not retiring, they're reinvesting -- in learning, personal growth, health and happiness -- and thinking about the next chapter of their lives. Questions like, "How can I be healthier and happier?", "How can I have more meaning in my life?", "What is the most important thing to me right now and why?" are top of mind for us.

What can I expect from the video program?
Each video offers a new conversation and point of view with leading (peri)menopause experts and thought leaders. You can expect to laugh, learn and gain insightful information on all things menopause. Learn more about the full program and speakers here.
How long is the digital program?
The program consists of 5+ hours of video content that is split into individual bite-sized videos featuring both individual talks and panels. You can watch and learn on your own terms -- incrementally or in a single binge.
Do I have to watch the video program in sequential order?
No, the program was designed to be enjoyed in whatever order most appeals to you. Pick and choose what videos you'd like to watch and when.
How long do I have access to the video program?
If you purchased the Limited Digital Program, you have access to the full program for 30 days. Access begins on the date you purchased the program. You can watch and re-watch at any time within the purchase timeframe.
If you purchased the Unlimited Digital Program, you have unlimited access to the full program. Access begins on the date you purchased the program. You can watch and re-watch at any time.
What type of device / browser do I need?
You can view the video program on any internet-enabled device, on any modern browser.
Can I download the videos?
The videos are not available to download.
