What is The Swell?

The Swell is a new community and personal growth platform that helps people navigate the second half of their lives. We offer a combination of expert-led workshops and symposiums, life-changing experiences, digital wellness tools and an active community. We believe that by making the latest science accessible, we can empower members to live longer, happier and healthier lives.

Our members are not retiring, they're reinvesting -- in learning, personal growth, health and happiness -- and thinking about the next chapter of their lives. Questions like, "How can I be healthier and happier?", "How can I have more meaning in my life?", "What is the most important thing to me right now and why?" are top of mind for us.

How long will the Pre-sale Tickets be available?

Pre-sale ticket prices are available until 11:59 PM EST on Friday, January 5th. Starting January 6, 2024, only regular priced tickets will be available for purchase.

What is the difference between an Individual Ticket and a VIP Ticket?

The VIP Ticket includes everything the Individual Ticket offers, plus preferred seating, a deluxe gift bag, a private cocktail reception following the symposium, a seated VIP dinner with the hosts and speakers following the reception, and an annual membership to The Swell.

What is the Refund Policy?

The Swell does not offer ticket refunds for any reason. Please consider the date before purchasing a ticket.

What should I wear?

The dress code is festive casual.

What time should I arrive?

Doors open at 11:30 AM to explore the curated marketplace, mingle and grab your seats. The program will begin promptly at 12:00 PM. The program will conclude by 5:30 PM followed by a closing cocktail reception and VIP dinner.

Where is the event taking place?

The event will be taking place in the Meatpacking District in downtown NYC. We will send final location details to you following your ticket purchase.

What's the agenda?

The final agenda will be made available on the event website in the week leading up to the event.

Will there be food?

Light refreshments will be served throughout the day and we are breaking for lunch at 1:30 PM.

Will there be breaks throughout the day?

There will be a number of breaks scheduled throughout the program.

Will I be able to ask the experts questions during the day?

Yes, the symposium is designed to be engaging and informative, with opportunities for questions and audience interaction throughout the program.

If I step out for a bit, will I be able to re-enter?

Yes. Once you check-in at the event you will receive a wristband that will allow you to re-enter.

Where is the private VIP dinner?

The dinner is taking place at an exclusive restaurant near the venue. VIP ticket holders will be sent dinner details directly to their registered email.

If I'm not able to attend in person, can I join via live stream?

Yes, the event will be broadcast live on our website. You will need to purchase a live stream ticket in order to receive log in credentials in advance of the event.

If I purchase an in-person or live stream ticket and I’m unable to attend or have to leave early will I have access to the digital recording?

Yes, you will have access to the digital recording once it’s made available for 30 days.

If I purchase an in-person ticket, when will I receive information on how to attend the symposium?

Upon purchasing an in-person ticket, you will receive a confirmation email containing your purchase receipt and location details. You will then receive a second email in the week leading up to the event with the agenda and check-in instructions. Please check your inbox for this information. If I purchase a live stream ticket, when will I receive information on how to access the symposium?

Upon purchasing a live stream ticket, you will receive a confirmation email containing your purchase receipt. You will then receive a second email with the agenda, login instructions and the access link the day before the event. Please check your inbox for this information. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact our support team at lmk@theswell.com for assistance.

If I'm not able to attend or tune in via live stream, will the program be recorded?

Yes, the event will be recorded and made available as a digital program after the symposium. Sign up for our newsletter here to be notified of its release.

If I am a VIP ticket holder will you hold my seat if I’m running late?

Preferred seating for VIPs will be held until the start of the program. After that, preferred seating cannot be guaranteed.

If I leave early or forget to pick up my gift bag on the way out, will I be able to collect it at a later date?

All ticket holders must retrieve their gift bags at the event. If you do not collect your gift bag at the event, they will not be available following.

How can I see recordings of other past events?
